Team Parking is available at Turn 10. This is located on Lackawanna Ave between Washington and Wyoming. Access is on Washington Street only. $20 Spots get you a space for a 10×10 tent (you provide) and parking for one team vehicle. Additional team vehicles are $10.
There are multiple parking structures around downtown Scranton. They charge $5/day to park. Locations can be found on the Travel and Lodging page on our website.
The Team Area above. Adaptive Athletes get complimentary parking at 430 Lackawanna Ave. Entry through N. Washington Ave only.
Downtown Scranton has many options for street parking. Observe parking enforcement regulations wherever you find a spot.
11:15am – 1pm-ish. Open to everyone! Ride along the Lackawanna Heritage River Trail at a chill pace. Whether you’re using it after your Adaptive Ride or using it to warm up for your race, it’s a great way to see what Scranton has to offer.
This ride is led by Veloce Scranton and the NEPA Velo pb Discover NEPA team. The route is posted on Strava
Number Pick-up is in the parking lot behind the start-finish area. There is no Early Number Pick-up.
Number Pick-up is at the top of Olive Street, next to the finish line. There is no early number pick-up.
Payout for the criterium is at the Scranton Tomorrow offices at 307 Linden Street (between Turn 1 and 2 on the outside of the course).
Payout for the Hill Climb is at the merchandise tent located at the top of Olive Street. Anyone who earns over $600 will need to have the first page of a W-9 filled out.

All riders are allowed to race events, regardless of state or country residence.
To be eligible for a state championship award, riders must hold an annual USAC license and reside in Pennsylvania. To purchase a USAC license, visit usacycling.org
Championships are available for Men and Women, categorized 1 through 4.
Kids and Novice racers are not awarded a state championship designation.
Podiums take place immediately following each event.
We award the top 3. In the Criterium, the top-placing PA resident who holds an annual Race Membership with USA Cycling is also recognized.
Podiums are at the Start/Finish line IMMEDIATELY following your event. If you think you might be on the podium, report to the start/finish line. We will clarify these top positions as quickly as possible.
Failure to show up for your podium will result in forfeiture of your prize money.
