Scranton’s first professional cycling event features plenty of free, kid-friendly activities on Saturday, August 25, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., in the 200 block of Wyoming Avenue in downtown Scranton!
Little ones can ride bicycles and big wheels on a mini course designed just for kids! (A limited number of kick bikes, big wheels, and helmets will be available to share, or children are welcome to bring their own bikes and helmets.)
Visitors to the Kids’ Corner will receive coupons for the Electric City Aquarium & Reptile Den at the Marketplace at Steamtown – another great destination for family fun in downtown Scranton!
Kids can unplug for some creative, healthy fun with chalk art!
Get hoop happy! Hula hoops will be provided in the Classic Kids’ Corner.
When the Classic Kids’ Corner closes at 2:30 p.m., head over to the professional course at 2:35 p.m. for a special activity where kids can race like the pros! Pre-registration is required. Click here to register.
Please note: Children must be accompanied by an adult in the Classic Kids’ Corner, and parents are required to sign waivers upon entry.
